Jerry Garcia is the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I started off as a "grunt" which is just a general laborer. Slowly but surely, I worked my way up to Journeyman roofer, then to Supervisor, then an Estimator & Project Manager for a multi-million dollar roofing company. I've learned a lot in my nearly 30-year career. But I think the most important thing I've learned is this. Being a successful roofing company doesn't just consist of giving the customer a nice-looking roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. That means making sure the customers know that our number one priority is them.
