Amazing physical therapist (Kelly)! I would give you 6 stars if I could. The office (admin) staff, poorly informed, poor communication, poor work ethic (my observation), really there to do the basic nothing more and not willing to walk the extra mile. Had 5 incidents at different times, 1) all appointments cancelled 2) did not communicate with auth dept in a timely manner causing a break in services and poor planning, even though I requested so and followed up a few times 3) poor communication - they informed us 10 min before our appointment that plan of care is once a week and that the...
