They charge you extra for no reason.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office, primarily due to the behavior of the front desk staff. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and I arrived at 8:20 AM. The doors were still locked, so I waited in my car. When I returned at exactly 8:30 AM, the doors were still locked, even though I could see staff inside. I knocked on both the door and window, and eventually someone from the front desk came to unlock it. Unfortunately, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I entered.
Very kind and professional! And the place smells so good!
