Making the decision to move a loved one into memory care is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. From the moment my grandma moved into Oakmont of Carmichael, we knew she was exactly where she needed to be. Lindy, who oversees the facility, is truly exceptional. She is kind, compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely cares about both the residents and their families. During every interaction, she made us feel heard, supported, and valued. Her leadership is reflected in the culture of the entire community. What stood out most to me was the staff in Memory Care.
