Ivy Park at Piner

We’ve been pleased with our experience with this memory care community. It’s a clean, well-maintained facility with a variety of activities, and the staff have consistently been kind and welcoming. The memory care manager, Monica, has been especially helpful with communication and coordination. She makes an effort to assist with logistics such as bringing our family member downstairs when we take her out and helping ensure grocery deliveries reach her when we’re unable to deliver them ourselves.

My mother in law has been in memory care here for almost 2 years. The staff are very responsive to her needs. The facility is always clean. I’ve had many interactions with Monica and Leslie, both always super helpful and great at keeping us in the loop. Other staff are friendly and helpful too…I just don’t know all the names :) Thank you!

Clean, warm facility with friendly staff, residents, with a strong community feel. Thankful for both the welcome and caregiving our family member has received. Also grateful to the management team for the kindness shown to our family during the transition to Ivy Park at Piner.
